Early Childhood 2011-2012 (Three years old by Sept. 1)

· Complete the application form and mail it with the application fee by Feb. 1st.

Junior Kindergarten 2011-2012 (Four years old by Sept. 1)

· Complete the application form and mail it with the application fee by Feb. 1st.

· Sign up for a one-hour playgroup screening by contacting the Admission Office. Dates to be announced.

Kindergarten 2011-2012 (Five years old by Sept. 1)

· Complete the application form and mail it with the application fee.

· Applications will continue to be accepted past the deadline while testing appointments are still available.

· Application deadline is December 31st.

· All Kindergarten applicants will be notified of specific testing procedures and deadlines.

First Group through Eighth Group 2011-2012

· Schedule a standardized intelligence test with a psychologist. Intelligence testing with a score of 91^stpercentile or above with consistent subtest scores qualifies a student for the next step in the admission process.

· Send copies of report cards, achievement test results and recommendation forms for grades 1 – 8.

· Make an appointment for your child to come to ACS for a visit.
