· Complete the Online Inquiry and Application Form and submit the application fee by Feb. 1st.

· Sign up for a one-hour screening by contacting the Admission Office. Screening dates are in March.

Junior Kindergarten 2012-2013 (Four years old by Sept. 1)

· Complete the Online Inquiry and Application Form and submit the application fee by Feb. 1st.

· Sign up for a one-hour playgroup screening by contacting the Admission Office. Dates to be announced.

Kindergarten 2012-2013 (Five years old by Sept. 1)

· Complete the Online Inquiry and Application Form and submit the application fee by Dec. 31st.

· Applications will continue to be accepted past the deadline while testing appointments are still available.

· All Kindergarten applicants will be notified of specific testing procedures and deadlines.

Intelligence testing with a Full Scale score of 125 or above with consistent subtest scores qualifies a student for the next step in the admission process.

First Group through Eighth Group 2012-2013

· New applicants in grades 1st - 8th will need to schedule a standardized intelligence test with a psychologist.

           Groups 1 through 4: Full Scale score of 125 or above to qualify for next step in admission process.

           Groups 5 through 8: Full Scale score target of 125 to qualify for next step in admission process.

· Send copies of report cards, achievement test results and recommendation forms for grades 1 – 8.

· Make an appointment for your child to come to ACS for a visit.
